When Namco re-launched the classic Pac-Man as a 3-D PlayStation game, they kept referring to the character as a 1980s "celebrity." So we had the idea of Pac-Man literally moving in on the turf of other quirky celebrities from the 1980s (Mr. T) and 1990s (Verne Troyer). But these Beverly Hills residents aren't so sure Pac-Man's resurgence is such a good thing for the neighborhood.
