Porter Ranch is a luxury new home community in the San Fernando Valley. The product needed to be re-positioned and the look re-designed to appeal to a new target audience, so the strategy we employed was to evoke the glamour of Hollywood and Bel-Air, while promising a low-stress lifestyle and brand new homes which those cities can't offer.
I also designed a system of Porter Ranch logo lockups, one for every neighborhood within the community, which were built into the monument signage. I assigned each neighborhood a color for clarity and differentiation which was employed in directional signage, street banners, and the website.
