Waterline is a community of townhomes with spectacular San Francisco views. For people who work in the city, or who want to work at home while having access to all San Francisco has to offer, it's an ideal living situation. This campaign is based on the idea of pairing the sophistication of San Francisco with the small-town feel of Point Richmond where the homes are located.
The campaign ran in just about every medium in the Bay Area. The pairings concept gave rise to simple two-part headlines that worked well in a wide variety of media, including outdoor and digital banner ads.
The campaign concept translated easily to online.
This ad in the print edition of San Francisco Business Times targeted professionals interested in hybrid work. The community sold out ahead of schedule, and the ad campaign won multiple awards in Graphic Design USA's annual competitions.
